Night School and City Arts Editor Mark Baumgarten Announce: Hotel 503.

Sunday July 25th, 7pm, free, all ages.

Hotel 503 opens the doors of the Sorrento Hotel to the vibrant Portland music scene for this new monthly residency, wherein the top talent from the 503 area code spends one Sunday evening at the Sorrento Hotel. At each of these free concerts, the artist, joined by friends and bandmates, will fill the Fireside Room with some of Portland's greatest songs before retiring to a room at Seattle's oldest luxury hotel; perhaps with a stop at the bar for a whiskey and a chat with the locals between. The inaugural event will feature an acoustic set by Hush Records artist Run On Sentence, who will be playing songs from its upcoming sophomore release, You, the Darkness and Me.
